ORDER INFORMATION

All our parcels are despatched through Royal Mail. Once your order is despatched you will receive a despatch confirmation email and this will show your Royal Mail tracking code.

Please Note: The tracking numbers supplied to us by Royal Mail only confirm delivery they do not show live tracking information. 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays) from when you have placed the order.

UK MAINLAND NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY)

All UK mainland next day orders will be dispatched on the day of the order on a next day delivery service.

Please note that orders must be placed before 12 noon (Monday-Friday only) to apply for the next day delivery service. Orders that are placed Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 12 noon will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Next day delivery applies to deliveries on (Monday-Fridays ONLY) and excludes Saturday deliveries, any next day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)  

Next day delivery does not apply for countries outside the UK or for non-UK mainland addresses.

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30

This applies to only UK mainland addresses for orders which are over £30. We aim to have all free delivery orders dispatched and with the customer within 2-5 working days.

UK ORDERS BELOW £30

This applies to only UK mainland addresses for orders which are under £30. We offer the following delivery options: 

  • 3-5 day shipping (Usually Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage) = £3.95
  • 1-2 day shipping (Usually Royal Mail 1st Class Postage) = £4.95
  • Next Day shipping (Ordered before 12 noon) = £9.95

POSTCODES OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND

All the postcodes below may incur additional charges or slight delays on orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders will be shipped by a tracked shipping service and we aim to deliver all International orders between 4-28 days. Our International shipping costs are variable depending on weight and location.

Products Returned For Exchange

Any unwanted items must be returned to our office within 30 working days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging, and with the returns slip filled out. If you do not have the returns slip, please write on the original invoice or enclose a note with the order and contact information.

We aim to dispatch exchanged products within 2-3 working days of receiving the item/s back to our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once the item arrives back with us.  If we require additional funds for the exchange, a notification email and phone call will be made.

UK Mainland exchanges will be sent free of charge. Exclusion may apply.

Overseas exchanges will be charged shipping fees, which will be calculated based on item size, weight and delivery destination.

If the products you are wishing to return are outside of the 30 days returns period please contact us first. 

We aim to issue refunds as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to show back in your account.

Payments

We accept a wide selection of major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron via our partnerships with Sage Pay and PayPal.  The main prices quoted on the site are in British pound sterling.  Your order payment can be completed in British pounds, Euro's, or US Dollars others via our PayPal payment gateway and will be converted at PayPal's prevailing exchange rate.  Local import duty and taxes for the US and World Wide Destinations may also apply depending on the order's destination, these additional charges will be calculated and charged once the order reaches your country, Norfolksocks has no control over these charges, for which you will be responsible to pay.
