We are currently receiving feedback from many of our customers stating that items posted at the start of December are only just arriving now.

We are sad to say that the whole situation with Royal Mail at the moment is a total mess.

Nearly all the limited tracking we have for many of our despatched items states, "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item", which means items are in their system. Still, they have yet to try to deliver them!

With all the current strikes, the knock-on effect this is having on our customers and businesses like us who rely on Royal Mail to deliver is profound at the moment.

We know many of you have purchased socks from us as Christmas presents, and we can only apologise to all our customers and hope all your parcels will pop out of their system in time for Christmas.
