We aim to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, you can order online at Norfolksocks.com 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Payments

We accept a wide selection of major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron via our partnership with PayPal.  The main prices quoted on the site are in British pound sterling.  Your order payment can be completed in British pounds, Euro's, or US Dollars others via our PayPal payment gateway and will be converted at PayPal's prevailing exchange rate.  Local import duty and taxes for the US and World Wide Destinations may also apply depending on the order's destination, these additional charges will be calculated and charged once the order reaches your country, Norfolksocks has no control over these charges, for which you will be responsible to pay.

Delivery

Norfolksocks.com deliver your orders 'FREE' when you spend £20 or more within the UK and almost anywhere in the world at competitive rates.  If for any reason we have difficulty shipping to your delivery address we will inform you via email, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

We will contact you via email if there is any delay in the expected delivery time, due to any stock shortages. 

VAT

VAT at the prevailing rate is included in the selling price on all appropriate items.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the goods you have ordered, you can contact Norfolksocks.com to request a return.

Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept hosiery returns unless the item is returned fully packaged and unworn.  This is for hygiene reasons.

You can make a request to return items via email at:

Please make sure you provide your order number, a list of all the items you wish to return, along with a reason against each item.  Norfolksocks.com can only accept a returned item which has been unworn, with all labels and cards intact within 28 days.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items, if the items are lost in transit then no refund will be given and all claims should be taken up with the chosen delivery company.  Any items which are faulty and covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned for replacement.  If you are unsure please email returns@norfolksocks.com Norfolksocks.com will refund the items returned as soon as possible but only upon satisfactory inspection.  We will send you an email to let you know when we have successfully/unsuccessfully processed your return.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item and wish to have an exchange, we will ask you to contribute towards the postage of the replacement item.

Order Cancellation

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, please email our customer services department, with your order number. If we have already shipped your order, you must return the items intact as detailed in our returns policy.

Complaints Procedure

Norfolksocks.com welcomes any comments about our site and service, good or bad. The site's success relies on you telling us how to improve the service for your benefit. We aim to deal with any complaints quickly and fairly, if you have any reason to complain, or would like to make a constructive comment or criticism then please email customer services at comments@norfolksocks.com  Norfolksocks.com will aim to respond to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with the outcome, please contact us again, and a customer services manager will respond within 24 hours of receipt.
