Products Returned For Exchange
Any unwanted items must be returned to our office within 30 working days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging and with the returns slip filled out. If you do not have the returns slip, please write on the original invoice or enclose a note with the order and contact information.
We aim to dispatch exchanged products within 2–3 working days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once the item arrives back with us. If we require additional funds for the exchange, a notification email and phone call will be made. (In most cases, exchanges are free of charge).
UK mainland exchanges will be sent free of charge. Exclusions may apply.
Overseas exchanges will be charged shipping fees, which will be calculated based on item size, weight and delivery destination.
Products Returned For Refund
Any unwanted items must be returned to our office within 30 working days of receiving the delivery. Please note: We do not offer free returns postage and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If the products you wish to return are outside of the 30-day returns period, please contact us first.
We aim to issue refunds as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to show back in your account.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, and that parcels are collected when notified by Royal Mail or the courier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect following Royal Mail notification
- Refused delivery
- Unpaid customs charges or import duties
We reserve the right to:
- Re-send the order – subject to payment of a new delivery charge; or
- Cancel the order – and issue a refund for the goods only, minus the original delivery cost and any return fees incurred.
If the return is due to courier error and not customer fault, we will investigate and resolve the matter accordingly.
Faulty Products
If one of our products develops a fault or is defective, please follow the instructions below:
Email images and a description of the fault along with your order number and contact details to [email protected] and one of our team will get back to you shortly.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
