Our Norfolk Sheldon Merino wool, lightweight walking sock is designed for breathability and comfort to allow your feet to remain cool and dry even during long hours of walking in warm weather.

Their exclusive Merino wool-blend assures thermal properties for your feet, keeping them fresh and cool during summer and warm in the winter. Unlike most heavier winter-type walking socks, our Sheldon range has a lightweight breathable feel with reinforced heel and toes but none of the bulky terry associated with heavier walking socks.

Merino wool is an ideal material for walking socks due to its ability to stretch and mould to your foot without the sock losing its original shape. The low-profile toe seam minimises bulk that in a regular sock can cause irritation, along with arch support which keeps the sock securely in place.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £40

Enjoy free UK mainland delivery on orders over £40. We aim to dispatch these orders and have them delivered to you within 2-5 working days.

UK ORDERS UNDER £40

For UK mainland addresses, orders under £40 will incur the following delivery charges:

  • 3-5 Day Shipping (usually Royal Mail 48hr tracked service) = £3.95
  • 1-2 Day Shipping (usually Royal Mail 24hr tracked service) = £4.95

Delivery dates are estimated, and while Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, please note this is not a guaranteed next-day service, and they may take up to 2 days. Tracked 48 deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service delivers within two days for over 94% of UK postcodes.

POSTCODES OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND

Some postcodes may incur additional charges or experience slight delays. Affected areas include:

  • Scottish Highlands (AB, IV, DD, KW, KA, EH, ML, PA)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are dispatched via a tracked shipping service. We aim to deliver international orders within 4-28 days. Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the weight and delivery location.

Products Returned For Exchange

Any exchange items must be returned to our office within 30 working days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging, and with the returns slip filled out. If you do not have the returns slip, please write on the original invoice or enclose a note with the order and contact information.

We aim to dispatch exchanged products within 2-3 working days of receiving the item/s back to our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once the item arrives back with us.  If we require additional funds for the exchange, a notification email and phone call will be made.

UK Mainland exchanges will be sent free of charge. Exclusion may apply.

Overseas exchanges will be charged shipping fees, which will be calculated based on item size, weight and delivery destination.

Any unwanted items must be returned to our office within 30 working days of receiving the delivery. If the products you are wishing to return are outside of the 30 day returns period please contact us first. 

We aim to issue refunds as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to show back in your account.
