We love talking to our customers, and one question we get a lot, and we mean a lot: “Do Norfolk Socks do a walking sock without all the elastic at the top?” At the time, the answer was no. But then we developed Alfie. The sock was initially aimed at people who may suffer from circulation issues or couldn’t wear socks with too much elastic. Most walking socks have a lot of elastic in the welts, so we wanted ‘Alfie’ to be different, and judging by the success and sales so far, we have achieved just that. What surprised us was that it is not only people who have to be careful for maybe medical reasons that are buying this sock, but everyone seems to love ‘Alfie’ whether they have a medical requirement for the sock or not. ‘Alfie’ is designed to have all the same performance traits as all our other great walking socks, such as our class-leading Leonardo. But Alfie was built with comfort as its main characteristic. So Alfie really has been our happy accident as it doesn’t matter who you are or why you are buying them, we know you’ll love them…

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £40

Enjoy free UK mainland delivery on orders over £40. We aim to dispatch these orders and have them delivered to you within 2-5 working days.

UK ORDERS UNDER £40

For UK mainland addresses, orders under £40 will incur the following delivery charges:

  • 3-5 Day Shipping (usually Royal Mail 48hr tracked service) = £3.95
  • 1-2 Day Shipping (usually Royal Mail 24hr tracked service) = £4.95

Delivery dates are estimated, and while Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, please note this is not a guaranteed next-day service, and they may take up to 2 days. Tracked 48 deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service delivers within two days for over 94% of UK postcodes.

POSTCODES OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND

Some postcodes may incur additional charges or experience slight delays. Affected areas include:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are dispatched via a tracked shipping service. We aim to deliver international orders within 4-28 days. Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the weight and delivery location.

Products Returned For Exchange

Any exchange items must be returned to our office within 30 working days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging, and with the returns slip filled out. If you do not have the returns slip, please write on the original invoice or enclose a note with the order and contact information.

We aim to dispatch exchanged products within 2-3 working days of receiving the item/s back to our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once the item arrives back with us.  If we require additional funds for the exchange, a notification email and phone call will be made.

UK Mainland exchanges will be sent free of charge. Exclusion may apply.

Overseas exchanges will be charged shipping fees, which will be calculated based on item size, weight and delivery destination.
