UK Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £40

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £40 to UK mainland addresses. These orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, with an expected delivery time of 2–5 working days from dispatch.

UK Delivery Options for Orders Below £40

For UK mainland addresses on orders under £40, we offer the following delivery choices:

  • 3–5 Day Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95
    Delivery aim: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
  • 1–2 Day Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.95
    Delivery aim: next working day (not guaranteed), typically within 1–2 days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, but this is not guaranteed. Tracked 48 items are usually delivered within 2–3 working days, with an over 94% success rate.


Additional Charges for Non-Mainland UK Postcodes

Orders to the following postcodes may have additional charges or experience slight delays:

  • Northern Ireland (BT)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB, IV, DD, KW, KA, EH, ML, PA)
  • Channel Islands (JE, GY)
  • Shetland Isles (HS, ZE)
  • Isle of Man (IM)
  • Isle of Wight (PO)

Any additional charges will be clearly displayed at checkout where applicable.


International Orders (Excluding USA)

We continue to ship worldwide, including to the EU and the rest of the world outside the USA.

All international orders are sent using a tracked service and aim to deliver within 4–28 days, depending on destination. Shipping costs vary based on location and package weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Important Notice: United States Orders

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs, postal and tariff rules, we are no longer able to ship orders to the United States.

Key factors behind this decision include:

  • The removal of the de minimis exemption (previously allowing parcels under $800 duty-free). Now, all items are subject to duties and taxes.
  • Increased administrative requirements for customs paperwork and advance duty collection.
  • Rising shipping costs and delivery delays, making it difficult to provide a reliable and fairly priced service.

As a result, fulfilling orders to the U.S. has become too expensive and unreliable for us to offer at this time. We are monitoring the situation and hope to reinstate U.S. shipping in the future if conditions improve.


Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Failure to collect from the local Post Office after Royal Mail notification
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Addressee not known or inaccessible address

We reserve the right to:

  1. Re-send the parcel – subject to payment of a new delivery charge; or
  2. Cancel the order – and issue a refund for the goods only, minus the original delivery charge and any return fees incurred.

If a parcel is delayed or lost due to Royal Mail error and not customer fault, we will investigate and resolve this in accordance with our legal responsibilities, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.


Returns & Refunds

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To request a return, you must notify us in writing via email within this 14-day period, clearly stating your order number and intention to return.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Be sent back within 14 days of your cancellation notice

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
